Hi! I’m Maÿliss, UX/UI designer at OneDoc, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
About me
I’m a UX/UI designer with experience shaping digital products at both global and local scales. At Capgemini in Paris, I spent more than 2 years designing innovative tools for sales and market experts, leveraging opportunities data visualization and generative AI in an international context. Today, I work at OneDoc in Geneva, where I craft seamless healthcare experiences for patients and medical professionals in a sensitive and highly impactful environment.
My background blends marketing, user research, and graphic design. After graduating in Marketing and Sales, I pivoted my focus with a bachelor in UX/UI design and pursued a Master’s specialized in Food Design at L’École de Design Nantes Atlantique, where I explored the future of food consumption and its societal dynamics. This mix of strategy, creativity, and empathy continues to shape the way I design meaningful user experiences.

To create realist and effective solutions, I focus my work and iterations on finding balance between user needs & data, client needs with the help of UX workshops facilitation and UX research.
UX & UI prototyping
From wireframing to creating interactive prototypes in Figma, I bring ideas to life quickly to be able to test, discuss and iterate to assure a seamless user experience.

Implementing co-creation methods when communicating with management or development stakeholders, I foster ideation and feedback to communicate efficiently with cross-functional teams.

Used to working with various partners simultaneously, I demonstrate flexibility by adjusting my approach, communication and expertise depending on strategic objectives of the mission.
